Progress over perfection🌈 sometimes in this busy life as women we are told we have to do it all and that’s simply not true! Sometimes you need help! It’s ok to slow down, to hire help, to take a break. YOU MATTER💗your best is enough! We all need a reminder sometimes that we are HUMAN. Just don’t give up #illustrationsofinstagram #fyp #motivationalillustrations #youmatter #loveyou #loveyourself #positivity #goodvibes #mentalhealthmatters #mentalhealthawareness #bekind #bekindtoyourself

Road trip🗺️ today is the day I get my wife from the airport! Long distance relationships can be so hard sometimes and it’s not always easy . I’m so thankful for the technology that we have today to be able to FaceTime each other daily! It’s been 6 months since I’ve seen her and I’m so glad we get to live our lives together where we left off ! I had no idea 5 years ago my life would change for the better she is the best decision I’ve ever made! If you ever get the chance to find someone who truly loves every part of you and puts you before themselves KEEP THEM. Someone who is by your side and makes you feel loved and special everyday.I’m so happy I found the love of my life! At one point I thought I’d never find that and almost gave up on love! I’m so glad I didn’t and I got my happy ending 💗

So last minute but finally made it to @target 😂 if you’re behind this year on getting your children Easter baskets I am right there with you! *BREATHE*

Finally got to put Eli’s Easter basket together! 🐇🌷🌼 my son does not play with “toys” so it would be pointless to buy them. I am not the mom who doesn’t allow their their kids to eat candy! I definitely do in moderation. He will not be given free reign to eat all of this in one sitting ! Just did it to fill up his basket & 📸 a quick photo.

Are you ever too old for an Easter basket?!

Also Eli’s swim trunks + beach towel are from @walmart - got them when we were on vacation and decided to regift them🤭 since that’s what I typically put in his Easter basket anyways . I always try to put stuff in his Easter basket he can USE! So many years I’ve bought “something” because I felt the push to buy something every holiday. Instead of buying unnecessary items I like to just get things he will need this Spring/Summer🪺

What’s in Eli’s Easter Basket
•swim trunks
•candy
•beach towel
•gift cards to restraunts or game cards🎮🍟

What are your Easter Sunday traditions?!

If you were me 1 yr ago you’d never allow yourself to wear that dress you tried on but didn’t think would fit, you would’ve worried about what others were going to say, and the most obvious problem area my stomach. Ofcourse I could wear shape wear or spanx to cover it up but there is something so freeing about loving yourself. Cancelling out the noise. Being happy in every transition your body goes through. When I went to the beach 4 years ago I was so self conscious about looking at everyone on the beach and all the work they put in all year(s) to look good. I couldn’t enjoy MY vacation because I started to compare myself to others who had a better body then I did . I also turned my head and realized others who were my size or bigger than me just as happy laughing and playing with their kids making the most out of life! I’m just here to encourage someone whether you are on a weight loss journey or maybe you’re happy at your weight loving yourself is the most important thing you can do! Our bodies change and I choose to love mine and not allow others or comparison to steal my joy!
