Kendra is a mom& wife first so I am always busy! If I’m not working you will catch me on a flight to paradise🌴🍹. Her son [Eli] stole her heart 14 years ago and I love being his mom ! Between sports , travel and running a business I have the most amazing wife referred to as ”RL”! We’ve been together for 5 years and we love traveling the world together as often as we can! Unfortunately you won’t see her on here or online because she doesn’t have social media and enjoys her privacy and I respect her for that. (Probably the most asked question I get). When did I start blogging?
I started blogging in March 2020 I have always loved makeup and fashion! Over the years so many people have asked my opinion on fashion trends or asked where I got this+that. I love what I do it is truly a DREAM job! Even if I didn’t make any money I could do it all day! I started this journey to share my love for beauty+fashion. I want this to be a space you come to for my advice on product reviews and for inclusive fashion! As a midsize mom I can relate to so many of you! Who have went through body changes just like me after child birth! Whether you are a 00 or 5X you should feel beautiful in the clothing you wear! Confidence and a smile is the best thing you can wear!
If social media were gone tomorrow I can still share my passions with all of you right here! I have a saved space to use my platform to keep doing what I love! I’ve always wanted to start a blog and it has finally come to fruition!🥹
What do you do with all of your old clothing?
I donate it to someone I know that is in need of them! I’m so fortunate to have the life I have and I know how special any woman would feel to have something new to her. I grew up on hand me downs , yard-sales and clearance items . So when I was able to afford my own clothes I realized how expensive things were. Giving is something that just feels good ! Knowing you are able to help someone in need! You never know if you would be in that situation so I never judge! Just keep being grateful and giving as much as I’m able too!
There are times that I also put my clothes on my personal Poshmark!
Who takes my pictures? Me! I have a ring light and a Cannon G7X camera along with just using my IPhone 13 Pro Max. A tripod or just a selfie will do the trick! I also bought presets for my pictures from Nicole Digi Shop use code DIGI20 for 20% off! Thank me later!
How do I juggle it all?
I DON’T lol! It’s easy to look at someone else’s life online and think they have it all together.
It can be exhausting but I love what I do and I HIRE HELP. I am grateful for sitters and housekeepers to come help take over so I can get work done! It’s worth every dollar I’ve ever spent ! I am only one person. My wife also helps me keep our home running/clean. I’ve learned sometimes you need help.I know when and where the time is right . I learned to balance!
How to know what to post and what to keep private ? I share a lot of my day-to-day life but I also have a private life not meant for the public with my own family for our safety and for me to be present!
How to deal with trolls? I don’t- there is an old saying hurt people hurt people. Everyone has bad days and if I focused on negative energy I would be drained physically and mentally.I know who I am and where I’m going! There’s no way you can possibly please everyone and that’s ok! I sometimes let people get the best of me but I just realize life is short and I want to be surrounded by positive energy and people who support me!
