I can hardly believe we’ve already made it to the second week of March. Spring has always been one of my favorite seasons—the fresh blooms, early mornings, brighter days, and soft pastels bring such a refreshing shift after the winter months. There’s something so energizing about saying goodbye to the winter blues and welcoming the newness this season brings.
With Easter approaching and Spring Break underway (well… our version of it!), this time of year feels especially meaningful. As a homeschooling mom, I love having the flexibility to shape our days and create a schedule that truly works for us. And now, as a newer Floridian, it’s been such a gift to plan our adventures and vacations on our own terms. It’s one of the things I appreciate most about this chapter—being able to build memories with my son in a way that feels natural, intentional, and full of joy
There have been so many exciting new collaborations launching lately, and I couldn’t resist picking up several of them. Each release has its own charm, and exploring these collections has been such a fun part of the season.

I recently received my Pouchette from the Stoney Clover Lane x Disney Princess collection, and while filming my first impressions and review, I noticed a manufacturer defect once I removed the protective plastic from the handles. Since the entire collection is sold out both online and in stores, I was a little nervous about what my options might be. Thankfully, customer service was incredibly helpful and offered either a full refund or a replacement. Because this is my very first Pouchette—and I absolutely love it—I chose the replacement option. I’m currently waiting for it to arrive, and I’ll share an update and unboxing as soon as it does.
Fingers crossed it comes in perfect condition. A fun twist to this whole experience is that Cinderella wasn’t even my first choice! I originally had my eye on Rapunzel, Tiana, or Belle. But the moment I unboxed Cinderella, I fell in love. She’s such a timeless Disney Princess, and as someone who used to live just ten minutes from Walt Disney World, I can’t wait to bring her along on my next trip to the parks.
Below is my original Pouchette, where you can clearly see the defects. Even so, it’s easy to appreciate how stunning the design is, and I’m grateful the brand is making it right. For anyone curious, it also comes with a long strap so you can wear it as a crossbody. While it’s not a large bag, it’s the perfect size for the essentials—phone, keys, wallet, and a chapstick.
Update on Stoney clover lane x disney princess pouchette
My replacement SCL x Disney Princess Pouchette 02 has arrived! It only took one full week for them to send me my replacement thank goodness! She is beautiful and I can’t wait to take her to Disney with me on my next trip!
