Hi guys, it’s been a month since I’ve shared a NEW blog and I wanted to recap on our Spring Break trip to Cancún, Mexico. You guys know we absolutely LOVE traveling and I felt like it was much needed for my wife and I! We stayed at RIU Palace Kukulkan. It is their newest resort. Built two years ago. My wife and I haven’t been back to Cancun since 2021 so we were so excited to go back and not have to wear a mask (covid-19)!
We had the best time and I can’t wait to take Eli on our next trip! This was an adult all inclusive resort only so Eli wouldn’t have been able to come anyways but I am a true believer in having time as a family, time with your spouse and time with your children! I take trips with my wife alone and I also take Eli on trips alone. We also take trips in the summer as a family it’s all about B-A-L-A-N-C-E! I think it’s so important to not forget yourself too mama sometimes we all need a BREAK!
This was a trip to unwind and enjoy the sunshine, drinks and the beach!☀️👙🇲🇽🌮🌊⛵️

Here is our room tour! It was absolutely breathtaking. Our room was fully stocked with a mini bar and drinks!
On day one we arrived around 5pm and we checked into the resort, we grabbed dinner , unpacked our suitcases, showered and went to bed.
Our first full day is always my favorite (the excitement) of being on vacation! I loved getting to go down to the buffet for breakfast. So many options to choose from and I loved that they catered to a different culture each night! Here was my breakfast and juices we got.

Even though RIU was all inclusive they also had restaurants you could choose to eat from if you wanted something different than the “buffet” Don Julio. Here are the restaurants that they offer but you do have to pay an additional fee and they do have a dress code also with a reservation through the app.

One of our favorite things to do together while on vacation is to make sure we get at-least one massage! It is truly one of the best feelings in the world to fully relax and get pampered! This was the BEST massage I ever had in my entire life! I would choice this over ANY other self care thing I do ex:(nails, hair, tanning appointments). I won’t lie I have had massages in the past that were mediocre but not here! This place is a million stars imo⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ they were really professional and licensed masseuses. The most humble people in the world !

La Isla Mall
When in Cancun we always stop by my favorite mall! The first time my wife ever got me Louis Vuitton perfume was here and since we have made it a tradition to refill my perfume back in Cancun, Mexico. Ladies if you’re looking for perfume you have to visit LV! My favorite scent is “Attrape-Rêves” it is a sweet floral scent that will not give you a headache and have all the men and ladies asking what you’re wearing ,hehe! While in Louis Vuitton I decided to grab another scent “City Of The Stars” which is gender neutral!
If you’re looking for somewhere to go on your next vacation make sure to checkout Cancún ,Mexico! We love their beautiful crystal clear beaches, hospitality and fun! Also make sure when you arrive at the airport if you’re not renting a car make sure to bring small bills to TIP your drivers, concierge. These are the sweetest most humble people I’ve ever met and feel so much love every time we arrive/depart.
