Hello Spring [official day of spring March 20th] I am so ready for sunshine☀️, the beach🌊 and salty hair🐚 🏝! Bye bye seasonal depression- HELLO Vitamin D! This year we are going on a NEW adventure we are going to the Bahamas! Eli and I haven’t been a cruise since 2018!
I am very partial to Walt Disney World , however I wanted to change it up a bit. We normally sail with Carnival Cruiseline! This year we are sailing with Royal Caribbean and it’s our first time sailing with them! Even though it’s only a 4 night cruise we plan to stay 2 extra nights in Orlando, FL! I couldn’t help but feel like our trip was cut short because of it only being 4 nights so I wanted to “surprise” Eli because he doesn’t know we are staying 2 extra nights🤫
Our last trip was in October ,which seems so far away ,but it is time to kick back with our feet in the sand end our trip with Disney!
Before traveling the hardest part is always packing! Are you an early packer or last minute packer ? I always am a last minute packer because I tend to forget what I’ve packed! One thing that has really kept me on track is Pinterest packing list print outs. Packing lists are a must when planning what to bring, it helps me stay on track. Generally I make two copies, one for before I start packing and one for when I leave vacation. Making sure you don’t leave any belongings behind..

Ok ladies I know I can’t be the only one who spends hours to get my hair “perfect” and goes outside and the humidity destroys my hair immediately!😩 Being on a cruise most of my time will be spent by the pools and on deck/ we will also be going to the Bahamas and I want to make sure my hair stays perfect the entire time and is able to fight against the heat! [ ladies this is always my biggest problem area in the summer]
This stuff is so good for dry+damaged hair! I actually got these for $16.99 from T.jMaxx but couldn’t link it on the website! I did find them at Sephora and provided links for all!
One good thing about Living Proof is that they cater to all hair types! When traveling I never want to sacrifice my favorite hair products and I’m so glad they have smaller bottles which is easier to travel with! I don’t wash my hair often but when I do I want the best stuff! Also got the conditioner for $16.99 at Tj.Maxx
I am always in need of a good hair mask since I style my hair atleast 3x weekly. Lucky for me I received [HAIRtamin– Biotin&botanicals deep condition and repair mask] in pr a month ago and am hooked. I love it and would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for immediate results . The packaging is quite large and I wont be packing it for my trip but I have been wanting to try Living Proofs Restore Repair Mask but will keep you updated and give a review after my trip!
This is a NEW product for me! I have this problem being combination skin if you have combo or oily skin then this setting powder is for you ! I have always used a creamy concealer and set my under eyes but as the day goes on my t zone area and under my eyes start to get extremely oily. Setting powders typically don’t target shine control and when I read the reviews from this I knew I had to try it out! With me one thing is for certain I will either LOVE or HATE this product! I have only 2 setting powders that actually work for me and don’t crack. I have high hopes for this product but will report back!
Vita Liberta untinted gradual tanning lotion is a natural looking self tanner that gives you a sun kissed bronze look. One thing I hate most about self tanners is the smell of DHA! If you want a natural looking glow and have time to build that perfect tan this stuff is for you! The results are FLAWLESS! This lotion takes 4-8 hours to see full results!
I have been DYING to get my hands on this palette! I love the colors in this palette in and really will tie in the Bahamian culture! Fun, Funky and Bright! When in T.j Maxx I got lucky to have found this palette but didn’t see anymore. Glamlite palettes are my favorite and when they collaborated with Barbie I knew it was a must when I got my hands on this palette. The pigment from this brand is out of this world!
I ran out of my original Chi Thermal Spray [obsessed with the smell] and pink is my favorite color and with it being another collab with Barbie I knew it was for me. The aesthetic of this packaging is everything!
When Too Faced first dropped this product in Lip Injections “Extreme” I felt like this product did ‘NOTHING’ I was really disappointed by this product and immediately returned it. Years later I decided to give it another shot and they came out with a NEW Lip Injections “Maximum” and IT WORKS!! If you are sensitive to tingle or slight “burning sensation” this product is NOT for you!!! The tingle for me lasts 5-10 minutes but provides the most plumped lips and shine!
Before anyone says “just get lip injections” I have in the past 3 years ago I got Mini Lip Filler and I saw small results and it wore off. I naturally have full lips and believe that lip filler works best when you have small lips wanting to completely transform your look! For me it ‘wasn’t worth the $500 spent. IMO- to each their own! Maybe if I got a full syringe I would feel differently. Fads go in/out of style.
Jaclyn Hills Liquid Lipstick in shade Noodie this is the first time I’ve tried this shade. When they first launched they sold out . I ordered other shades and they last even if you eat or drink . I think these are long lasting and don’t dry out your lips.
Lilly Lashes at TjMaxx is a HUGE WIN! I love lashes and Lilly Lashes look so thick and full! My favorite thing about them is the band is thick and you can wear them up to 20x! They had 2 styles ‘Randi’ and a Magnetic Lash kit with glue in style ‘Miami’. Lilly Lashes run $30+ so finding them for $10 really made me happy! I bought all they had!
This “At The Beach” lip kit was a FLOP for me👎🏽 I wanted to like this lip kit set but it just wasn’t it for me! I did want to include this because maybe it would work for someone else. The liner for me was too dark and the shade contrast of the lipstick didn’t match . The gloss would be the only thing I did like from this kit but it pulled a glitter / yellow color. The packaging and aesthetic was 10/10!
Laneige Lip Mask has been a #1 best seller for awhile now and when I purchased this for the first time I got flavor Berry and have been HOOKED ever since. My lips have never felt better. Literally a cloud on your lips [baby soft]. 100/10 YES YES YES! These are 0.7 oz and will last quite a while! They are my favorite lip masks out there!

How many of you struggle with your roots growing out in as little as a month?! I do too and can’t always dye it right away. I try to color my hair ever 3 months and no sooner to prevent hair loss. In the meantime I LOVE Hush’s Hair Camo! I use shade Dark Brown/Black . If you need an instant root touch up this stuff is for you!! Stays all day and washed out!
It’s a 10 has been a favorite of mine for years but they can be “pricey”. If you want one thing that works for certain it’s this! All of their products work so so well especially for soft silky hair! The hydration you get from these products is a game changer!
Tanning can be tricky! Even if you build a tan it can easily fade within a week! I like to reference this body butter to a tan extender! Isle of Paradise self tanning butter keeps your skin moisturized! Extending your tan and making your skin butter smooth!
