I’m so grateful to have had a two week vacation to Panama City Beach,FL. If you follow my Instagram account you would see a glimpse of our trip. If you missed it you can look at it in saved highlights under my bio.☀️😎 This vacation I really wanted to relax with my son and wife. I feel like my soul belongs at the beach so any chance I get time off I go✈️.
I had a few DMs asking where we were staying. The first place we stayed at we had never been there before [Edgewater Beach&Golf Resort]. The second place [Lake-town Wharf] we used before and it was amazing and directly across the street from the famous Pineapple Willy’s. We absolutely LOVE Airbnb and can’t say enough good things about using them.
Where We Stayed
Edgewater Beach&Golf Resort was safe with 24/7 security to get onto their property. If you’ve never stayed there before it is amazing. They only had one restaurant on property Ocean’s it is pricey but convenient and the food is out of this world good but [expensive]. It is onsite by the main pool and direct access to the beach. They have a store onsite with a Starbucks and Edys Icecream its called Edgys! They also have some amazing cabanas to rent and chairs with umbrellas FREE [first come first serve] . I will be honest they were quite expensive $60/day for chairs with umbrellas and cover over chairs. Cabanas range from $250-$600! We didn’t want to risk getting a sun burn so we rented chairs daily. The beach also offered chairs and umbrellas for $66/set we sat out all day mainly at the pool and a few times at the beach.
2 Resorts
Lake-town Wharf was the second place we stayed. They have a small put-put area and 3 different onsite pools. Just a walk across the street to Pineapple Willy’s. They do offer restaurants downstairs all around the wharf including a seafood bar, an ice cream shop and Lulu’s. They also have a small sandwich shop on the other side of the property. All properties we stayed at had a full kitchen and washer and dryer.
Towards the middle of the week we got to celebrate Eli’s Birthday! My baby turns 12! One more year before he’s a teenager! Like where has the time gone?! It doesn’t seem fair how fast they grow up but getting to see my son in each phase really makes me appreciate our bond.
