Beauty
Beauty is my second favorite! I never got the chance to wear makeup growing up [not that I needed it] but I love it now! Trust me I have come a LONG WAY with lots and lots and lots of practice ! Oh the days of tiny tweezed eyebrows are gone [thank goodness]!
M.a.c was my first makeup experience. I went inside of my local mall at Belk and there sits a little m.a.c booth for you to shop all m.a.c products! I have always heard of wonderful things about M.A.C and got a service done for a full face which made my decision easy to choose them to shop with! Holy cow I never realized how expensive it was! I went from a tiny lipstick for $22 to having a cart FULL of makeup products to do my entire face. I went for it and purchased [$700 worth of full face makeup] that’s where my love began with makeup. Thank goodness for Youtube tutorials between Jaclyn Hill+ Casey Holmes+ Carli Bybel you saved my life ladies!
Travel
It’s no secret that I love to travel ! It has always been a dream of mine to travel the world! I am so thankful to have gone on some pretty awesome vacations in my life time. I like to share where I have been, what to do there, how to vacation on a budget [if you are looking for budget friendly travel] and where to try new foods!
Today we are in PigeonForge at Dolly Parton’s DreamMore Resort! This is our first time at her resort. My personal favorite is her pink lemonade stand she has waiting to greet you as you check in! If you love southern charm this is the PERFECT place for you to stay while in town! This was a weekend getaway for us that consisted of shopping and Dolly’s theme park DollyWood!
Song& Hearth was a sit down restaurant serving breakfast and dinner. Breakfast being our favorite meal we had to try it! You have to try it if you stay at DreamMore Resort!

A little retail therapy
PF/Gatlinburg is known for their shops! Tanger Outlet malls are there and it is brands that you know and love at a discount! I went to Tory Burch to find some sandals as my favorite sandal is Millers and ran into some new things I just had to have! We stopped at a few more shops for my wife and I and ended up doing some damage.
We woke up the next day and headed to DollyWood amusement park! This is Dolly Parton’s theme park it is perfect for ALL ages! From thrill rides to shows and her amazing cinnamon bread you can’t beat the experience. If you are looking for family friendly fun stop by! After much fun we settled for a snack. Pretzels with cheese + Chocolate Frozen Banana helped us conquer the day!
